Yellow Watermelon! Who knew??

So my husband brought home watermelon but until I cut into it I never had heard of yellow watermelon! Delicious, a bit more melon, like cantaloupe. Today I blended it with cucumber, ginger and lime and yummy!! Watermelon water seems to be a big craze at the moment so why not enjoy the hydrating benefits for a fraction of the cost and pick up a regular or yellow watermelon and make your own juice!!
